Puglia boasts a long tradition in the production of artisanal liqueurs. Mirto, Limoncello, and Alloro are known and loved all over the world, obtained directly from the plants of the Mediterranean maquis, to become much-loved digestives enjoyed after meals.
At the “Villantica” residence in Tuglie, there is a Liquor Factory that, for over a century, has been producing the beloved Salento liqueurs. The tour will start from its historical story and will continue with an exciting eperience: you will be able to try your hand at making one of the liqueurs, thus being able to grasp all the secrets hidden behind their ancient and fascinating tradition!
Last one the tasting time: the sampling of a selection of the company’s most famous liqueurs, paired with some local food and wine products, to complete in beauty an aromatic and tasty experience!
