MARTIGNANO, AMONG THE PLACES OF THE GRIKO

A journey through griko tales and symbols: we will visit the underground olive press, the frescoed Chapel of San Giovanni Battista and the “pozzelle” found only in Grecìa Salentina. At the end we will learn how to taste extra virgin olive oil.
