We will enter the world of an Apulian dairy factory, discovering the stages of production of cheese and dairy products, made according to ancient recipes. At the end there will be a tasting of local products accompanied by a good glass of wine.

MOZZARELLA AND BURRATA CREATION WORKSHOP, IN VERNOLE
Welcomed by the Master Cheesemaker we will experience the excitement of witnessing the various stages of the process of transforming fresh milk into spun paste at Km 0. We will be involved firsthand in the shaping of Mozzarella, Stracciatella and Burrata on a real organic farm, with an artisanal dairy. We will conclude the experience with a tasting of the product made and a visit to the Bottega.
