Tasting dinner among the rows – minimum group of 10 people

A unique food and wine experience: a tasting dinner under the stars of the summer sky and among the rows of negroamaro, the scents of ripening grapes and the essences of the vegetable garden. The convivial table is set in a bucolic scenery and a magical and essential atmosphere typical of the peasant life of the past; close to the vineyard, illuminated by illuminations and soft lights.

The menu, based on the Chef’s imagination, offers traditional local dishes based on fish, meat and vegetables, paired with wines from the winery.

Tasting menu based on local products includes: appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, 3 glasses of wine, water €120.00 per person.

Tasting dinner: “Fine dining wine tour”

The tour revolves around exclusive wine tastings. With each dish, a paired wine: the tasting tour pairs each glass with a dish expertly created by the chef with local products, according to seasonality.

Upon arrival, the tour begins in the small wine museum and art room with an illustration of the wine production and aging process, visit to the barrel cellar along the charming raised walkway.

At the end of the tour, guests are expected at the winery restaurant for the three-course tasting dinner.

Chef’s fancy menu includes appetizer, first and second course and 3 paired wine tastings per person; 1 bottle of water: € 80.00 per person

Any extras (wine, dishes, dessert, bitters, coffee…) are excluded from the package price.
