Signora (Mrs) Patrizia, owner of “Villantica” in Tuglie, will welcome you and guide you on a brief tour of her eighteenth-century residence, then lead you to the kitchen, where you will begin an exciting Made in Salento cooking class. You will learn the secrets of local recipes, such as how to make orecchiette pasta, “minchiarieddhi”, “mpilla” and “parmigiana di zucchini”.
Between one lesson and another, you can taste typical and authentic liqueurs, produced directly on the estate. And that’s not all: the lesson will end with the tasting of all the recipes prepared together!
Finally, the farewell, accompanied by a “cadeau”: a 300 g bag of orecchiette pasta kindly offered by “Villantica”.
