FRISELLE AND TARALLI, IN THE BAKER’S WORKSHOP
We will visit the historic workshop of a Galatina baker, hear tales and secrets about typical Salento baked goods, such as friselle, taralli, and pucce. We will discover how they are made, which flour to use, amid the heady scent of bread baked in a wood-fired oven, ending with a small tasting.
